Teaching Techniques, Part 1 (Course Code: TEAC1)

Monday evenings, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, beginning September 13th.

This two-part course will introduce students to various approaches and techniques available to them in teaching the Word of God.
TEAC1 will meet at the Community of Compassion CDC.

(TEAC1 & TEAC2 are required courses for MITs and prospective teachers enrolled in CBI's Comprehensive Training Program.)

The publication information of any required course texts will be announced at a later time.

 

Dealing with The Flesh (Course Code: FLESH)

Thursday evenings, from 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm, beginning September 16th.


This course addresses the reality of ingrained sinful habits and tendencies in the lives of well-meaning Christians. It offers principles, practices, exhortations, and admonitions related to the continuing struggle between flesh and Spirit in the life of the believer. It marks out strategies for battle-by-battle victories in this brutal, ongoing, "take-no-prisoners" war.

FLESH will meet at the Community of Compassion CDC.

Ethics in Ministry (Course Code: ETHIC)

Saturday mornings, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, beginning September 18th.

This course will examine the Christian ethical standard governing church leaders.

ETHIC will meet at the Community of Compassion CDC.
(ETHIC is a required course for MITs and prospective teachers enrolled in CBI's Comprehensive Training Program.)
